The Pavilions at Alloa West Business Park is situated on the west side of Alloa, alongside The Oval, approximately 6 miles (10km) due east of Stirling. Occupying a strategic location equidistant from both Glasgow and Edinburgh, The Pavilions is highly accessible to locations throughout central Scotland.

The Park is situated on the south side of the A907 (the main trunk road linking Alloa to Stirling) approximately 1.2 miles (1.9km) from Alloa Town Centre. A new roundabout junction has been developed to create exclusive access into New Alloa Business Park off the A907, providing superb transport links east and west to the arterial road network throughout Central Scotland. Accessibility will be further enhanced by the re-opening (in 2008) of the Kincardine to Stirling Railway line, which provides for a new railway station in Alloa Town Centre.
