Clacks 1000 - Citizens' Panel

Clackmannanshire AllianceThe Clacks 1000 was set up in early 2006 and has over 1000 members who have volunteered to take part in survey work for the partner agencies in Clackmannanshire.

The Clacks 1000 is part of a framework for community involvement set up by the Alliance.

The panel was recruited by sending a postal questionnaire to a random sample of residents drawn from the electoral register. Around two postal surveys per year will be carried out and panel members may also be involved in further survey work such as focus groups. Panel research will be managed on behalf of the Alliance by Hexagon Research & Consulting.
