We regularly ask customers what they think of our services. These are the latest results.

The information below shows the percentage of customers who were satisfied or very satisfied with our services. The survey was carried out in November 2016. 19% of clients who were asked completed the survey.

Our aim is to achieve a result of 85% in each area.

Delivery

100% said we do what we said we would.

Timeliness

98% said they could contact us when they needed to and we responded in a reasonable time.

Information

100% said we gave them the information they needed in a way they could understand.

Professionalism

100% said our staff did their jobs well, treated them fairly and respected their privacy.

Staff Attitude

100% said our staff were polite, friendly, sensitive to their needs and spent the time with them that they needed.

Satisfaction with the Service

100% said they were satisfied overall with the service they received and the final outcome.
