Tillicoultry War Memorial

The Tillicoultry War MemorialThere are two parts to the memorial site in Tillicoultry which is situated within the main cemetery to the eastern edge of the town just off the A91.

The World War One granite memorial comprises a contemplative female figure holding a victory wreath on top of a substantial pillar built with rusticated granite. Each face of the pillar has a smooth, recessed granite plaque with flush, black painted lead lettering.

The World War Two memorial comprises thirty two individual headstones in a symmetrical array behind the other memorial, each with incised cross and lettering.
