Clackmannanshire Young Parents Project
Clackmannanshire Young Parents Project is for parents or parents-to-be aged 16 to 24, who may be thinking about their future and looking to move on with their life.
We aim to improve the life chances of the parent and their child / children by helping ensure that their immediate needs are addressed and that appropriate services are accessed to maintain stability at a very vulnerable time in their lives.
We offer friendly and practical support to help young parents plan towards the future they want, at a pace the individual is comfortable with and when the time is right for them.
Examples of how we can help include:
- One to one guidance and support
- Assistance with further learning and employment
- Voluntary placements or training courses
- Help with tax credits, benefits and managing money
- Help with Childcare
