Business Improvement
The Business Improvement team is responsible for maintaining and improving corporate performance management and process improvement arrangements. The team ensures that these arrangements promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the delivery of accessible and responsive services that provide best value for money.
The team provides a range of advice, guidance, information and support to services on performance and process management and continuous improvement best practice. The team also regularly provides the council and senior managers with management information that enables effective decision making and scrutiny of performance.
