Appointments Committee
The Appointments Committee is an ad-hoc committee conducted in accordance with the remit set by the Council and its role is to (a) appoint the Chief Executive and Directors and (b) to make appointments where required. Membership of the Committee varies depending on the specific appointment under consideration.
