We are committed to creating open and accessible local government in Clackmannanshire. Consultation is undertaken with an open mind, fairly and without bias. We welcome participation from all sections of the community and we are committed to listening and learning from information your responses.

Listed below are details of current public consultations and surveys being undertaken by the Council. Where possible we have enabled online submissions, please see the text for each consultation for full details.
Have your say about local community activities

Clackmannanshire Council's Cultural and Community Services has recently formed a Community Learning and Development Team.
Over the following months the team will be developing services in your area for young people, adults and community groups.
To make sure we target services to meet the needs of the local adults we are asking individuals to help us by completing a questionnaire.

You can pick up a questionnaire by
- asking for the form at your local library, shops and community facilities;
- downloading the questionnaire from this page;
- phoning the Community Learning and Development team on 01259 763940. You will be able to complete the form over the phone or request that we send one out to you.
This is a real opportunity to have a say on activities available to Clackmannanshire residents such as
- community classes
- accredited learning
- sport
- leisure

Clackmannanshire Council Final Draft Core Paths Plan and Strategic Environmental Assessment
Open from: Monday 21st July 2008 to Monday 13th October 2008
Clackmannanshire Council are undertaking two consultations in relation to the Final Draft Core Paths Plan and have
- Drawn up the Final Draft Core Paths Plan under section 18(1)(a) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 for which a statutory 12 week consultation period is provided to allow for the submission of comments and objections.
- Undertaken a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Final Draft Core Paths Plan under section 16(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 for which a 12 week consultation period is provided to allow for the submission of comments.

Comments and objections, including reasons, in relation to the Plan must be made in writing and received by Development and Environmental Services, Access and Countryside Projects Officer by 13 October 2008.
