Corporate Plan
The corporate plan sets out our vision for the area and shows what we are aiming to achieve over the next three years. It will help direct the efficient use of our key resources: staff, finance, physical assets (for example, buildings and machinery) and information. Progress and performance against our targets is reviewed by elected members twice a year.
