Disability Equality Scheme
Current Practice
The Council is engaged in a range of active partnerships and will seek opportunities to share examples of good practice with partner agencies in the context of disability. These partnerships include the Clackmannanshire Community Alliance, Forth Valley Data Sharing Partnership and NHS Forth Valley Fair for All.
An example of recent good practice would be the renovation work to Woodside Children's Unit allowing the Council to offer accommodation there to children and young people with disabilities.
