Disability Equality Scheme
Monitoring the impact of services on people with disabilities
Services provided by the Council will be monitored on an ongoing basis to check their effects on individuals and groups in the community to establish whether there is any adverse impact on those groups. If changes are required these will be carried out over the three years of the Disability Equality Scheme and timescales will be outlined in the action plans, based on the priority given to the action by a Disability Impact Assessment.
