- To determine 80% of Minor Roadworks Consent and Skip & Scaffold Permit applications within 10 working days
- To determine 80% of applications for Footway Crossings and Disabled Parking Bays within 10 working days
- To determine 80% of applications for Residents Parking Permits within 5 working days
Development Quality
- To determine 95% of householder applications within 8 weeks
- To determine 70% of non-householder applications within 8 weeks
- To deal with Property Certificate enquiries within 2 working days

Public Transport
- To issue Blue Badge Permits within 5 working days of receiving a completed application
- Subject to customer availability to issue new or replacement Concessionary Travel passes within 10 working days of the completed application of the initial report of a lost/stolen pass being received.
- To issue Taxicards within 5 working days of the completed application form being received.
Building Standards
- To determine 80% of building warrants within 15 days
- To issue 80% of building warrants determined within 6 days
- To issue 80% of completion certificates within 3 days
