Notice of Intention to Use an Approved Certifier of Construction
Please note that with effect from 4th January 2009 the refund scheme has been replaced by a discount scheme. This means that an applicant giving notice of intention to use a certifier of construction will now be entitled to a discount of the fee payable at the application stage rather than a refund at the Completion Certificate stage as at present. Please note, however, that this discount is only available if the applicant informs the Council in writing at the time of submitting the building warrant application. Full details can be found either on the form below or at Annex 3 to the updated (January 2009) version of the Building Warrant application form.
