Leisure Services Membership Form
Clackmannanshire Council are introducing a new leisure booking system and users of leisure facilities are encouraged to register with us. The information provided will be used to speed up the booking process and provide membership benefits of "pay when you play". In addition it will assist in the communication of the activities, facilities and venues to better meet the need of the citizens of Clackmannanshire. All information held will be treated as confidential.
