Licensing Race Equality Scheme Monitoring Form
Clackmannanshire Council has adopted a Race Equality Scheme and Race Equality Action Plan to help it tackle issues of race discrimination in carrying out its functions. In particular, the Council wishes to be sure that no applicant for a civic or liquor licence, or holder of a civic or liquor licence, receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of racial origin.
