Premises Licence Application Pack
The transitional perio which lasts from February 2008 to 1st September 2009 is now underway. During this period, anyone holding a licence under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 and wishing to continue to tade under the 2005 Act will require to obtain a Premises Licence.
