Please note the recent changes in legislation when you intend to use a certifier of construction. With effect from 4th January 2009, the refund scheme has been replaced by a discount scheme. Full details can be found at Annex 3 on the application form.
Use this form to apply for a warrant to construct, demolish or convert a building, or to provide services, fittings or equipment.
