Major Emergencies Operational Procedures (MEOPs)
This manual has been developed by the Clackmannanshire Council Emergency Planning Unit, to assist their local authority's staff to deal with major emergencies in their council area.
It has been added to the Clacksweb site to allow the public, colleagues in other organisations and agencies easy access to the generic operational procedures of the council and to provide an overview of the more detailed parts of the manual.
The manual is divided into four parts:
- Part 1 - Generic Operational Emergencies Guidelines
- Part 2 - Incident Specific Operational Emergencies Guidelines to complement Part 1
- Part 3 - Emergency Contact Directory. This part of the manual is confidential and is only circulated to the Emergency Management Team, the Emergency Planning Unit, the Contact Centre and the Out of Hours Emergency Controller
- Part 4 - Business Continuity Corporate Strategy and Contingency Plan
