Plans and Strategies

The Council produces a range of plans that show how financial and other resources are to be used and explain the background to these decisions.

The Corporate Plan sets out our vision and explains our Priority Outcomes.

Each of our 6 main services produces a Business Plan annually, showing how they will deliver on the corporate Priority Outcomes.

Some areas of work have thematic plans and strategies. These link into business plans and the performance management framework generally.
