Reviewing Council Progress and Performance
Services review their performance continuously, and it is reported to various committees throughout the year, including to the Resources & Audit Committee twice a year (formerly reported to the Scrutiny Committee). The Council is currently reviewing its approach to Public Performance Reporting in consultation with the Clacks 1000 Citizens' Panel, Elected Members and Community Councils. This consultation will also take into account the views of governing bodies, such as Audit Scotland, and Council staff. We aim to improve our reporting by ensuring that the format, content and location of reports meet the needs of those who want to know how we're performing.
