Voting and Elections
Clackmannanshire Council, and the Returning Officer believe in the importance of citizen participation in all democratic elections. Within the Ochil and the Ochil and South Perthshire Constituencies we strive to deliver election services in a way which actively encourages that participation. Elections give you, the voter, the chance to have your say on who you would like to represent you for the next four years.
During the summer of 2008 we will be condicting a review of Polling Districts and Polling Places. If you live in Clackmannanshire, or have an interest in the election process (political parties, election agents, potential candidate, minority interest group representative etc.) we would welcome comments that might help improve the overall service we provide.
