The Alva Academy community campus opened in May 2009, providing sports, fitness, fun and meeting space for individuals and groups alike.
The campus is available for community use outside of school hours and during the school holidays. There is an excellent range of modern sports and conference/meeting facilities for individuals, groups and organisations.

- Includes a full size floodlit artificial grass area, which can be used as a full-sized pitch or smaller 7-a-side pitches.

Opening hours
The school is open for community use as follows (additional weekend opening hours by arrangement):
- Monday to Friday
- 6.00 pm – 9.45 pm (fitness suite open from 5pm)
- Saturday
- 9.00 am to 4.45 pm
- Sunday
- 12 noon to 4.45 pm
