Creative Links Programme
Following a highly successful three year Creative Links Programme supported by the Scottish Arts Council, Clackmannanshire Council opted to develop a Cultural Planning structure to sustain models of excellence.
All Cultural Planning initiatives are created by cross service working, thereby integrating creativity throughout the Council.
