BREAKING NEWS: Alloa Library is now open until 4.00pm on Saturdays. All libraries in the county will be closed from 3rd to 5th May inclusive.

  • consult our collection of local history books, newspapers, pamphlets, maps and photographs
  • research the records held in Clackmannanshire Archives
  • come in to our main Reference Library for Scottish Parliament, European Union, careers, business and other information
  • take out Open Learning packs
  • buy books from Pages Bookshop
  • attend public readings by well known Scottish writers
  • browse through our newspapers and magazines

If you can't get to the library maybe we can come to you. There is a mobile library service that travels the area and a service for the housebound.
