Pages Book Shop is housed within the Public Library building in Alloa. It offers a large variety of books, children's educational posters - all at incredibly low prices!

We also have an ordering book service for any titles not currently held in stock.

A new book charting the history of the railway in Clackmannanshire is on sale priced £12.95 in Alloa Library.

Back on Track traces the history of the line from the early wagon ways in the 1760s to the re-opening of the Stirling-Alloa-Kincardine line in May 2008.

The book is the work of local rail enthusiast and historian David Bytheway, who lives in Coalsnaughton. He took three years to research and write Back on Track which has been produced on conjunction with the Clackmannanshire Field Studies Society. The society were successful in gaining a grant of £4750 from Awards For All for the book.
