The Clackmannanshire Access Forum

  • The Annual General Meeting of the Clackmannanshire Access Forum will be held between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm on Tuesday 28th February 2012 at Alloa Town Hall. Doors will open from 6:30 pm.
  • If you wish to attend the meeting or, if you require further information about it, please contact the Access and Countryside Projects Officer (Tel: 01259 452 409, Email: mdean@clacks.gov.uk, or write to the address at the foot of the page).

The Clackmannanshire Access Forum was created in 2001 in order to facilitate the development of an Outdoor Access Strategy and in preparation for the implementation of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 which places a duty on all local authorities to establish a local access Forum:

The structure of the Forum has evolved through the development of a Partnership Agreement which sets out the Forum’s aims and objectives, and its working procedures.

The Forum is an assembly for the discussion of local and national access issues and is made up of four stakeholder groups who each have an interest in access issues within the County:
