Clackmannanshire Local Plan 1st Alteration (Housing Land) Examination

The 1st Alteration was submitted to the DPEA on 18 February 2011 and the Examination Report was sent to the Council on 28 June 2011. The post-examination modifications were incorporated into the Alteration and this was published and sent to the Scottish Ministers on 5th September 2011. Scottish Ministers issued a letter on 27th September advising that they did not propose to issue a Direction in the case of this Plan, and that the Council could proceed to adopt the Plan. Notices were published in October 2011 and the Adopted Plan was published.

An electronic copy of the Examination Report is available to download from our website.
