Pest Control Charges
Please note the following charges apply for year 2011/12:

| Commercial companies (excluding VAT) | Rats & Mice | £52.00 for the first visit and £25.30 for every visit thereafter |
| Ants & Wasps | £52.00 | |
| Fleas | £59.50 | |
| All others | Dependent on type of treatment required. Normally an hourly rate of £41.00 + materials. |
Important notes
- VAT is charged at 20%
- *Private householders require to prepay for Pest Control services. An additional charge of £6.00 is levied for an invoice.
- Additional charges apply if a visit is required out of hours.
- Double jobs, for example 2 wasps nests will incur a single charge only, however to treat 2 different insect types it will be the standard cost plus 50%.
- Failed treatments must be notified within 2 weeks, otherwise subsequent visits will be chargeable at normal rates.
