Pest Control Charges
Please note the following charges apply for year 2009/10:

| Commercial companies and other council services except housing services eg Design and Property (excluding VAT) | Rats & Mice | £51.10 for the first visit and £24.90 for every visit thereafter |

| All others | Dependent on type of treatment required. Normally an hourly rate of £40.36 + materials. |
Important notes
- *Private householders require to prepay for Pest Control services. An additional charge of £6.00 is levied for an invoice.
- Additional charges apply if a visit is required out of hours.
- Double jobs, for example 2 wasps nests will incur a single charge only, however to treat 2 different insect types it will be the standard cost plus 50%.
- Failed treatments must be notified within 2 weeks, otherwise subsequent visits will be chargeable at normal rates.
