Paying Your Rent
The Income Control team is here to help with any questions you have about rent. For information on

Housing Repairs
Routine repairs can be requested by telephone or e-mail. You can
- request a repair to your property;
- get advice about the Council's repairs policy and procedures;
- checking the progress of a repair request.

Anti-Social Behaviour
The anti social behaviour phone line is a single point of contact for all of the Council's anti social behaviour services. Trained staff will provide practical advice, reassurance and assistance to tenants and residents. The helpline takes calls about
- Dog fouling and litter
- Threatening or abusive behaviour
- Harassment, including racial harassment
- Domestic violence
- Drunkenness in public
- Drug related anti-social behaviour
- Shouting, swearing and general disorder
