Council House Exchange
If you want to swap homes with another Council house or Housing Association tenant, you and the person who wants to exchange properties can apply to do so.
The conditions for applying are:
- if you are a Clackmannanshire Council tenant you should have a secure tenancy;
- neither you nor the other tenant party to the exchange has outstanding house-related debt;
- both you and the other tenant party to the exchange must have maintained a satisfactory tenancy/occupancy of the property;
- no mutual exchange can result in overcrowding.
