Kitchen Replacement

Clackmannanshire Council is pleased to announce the next phase of its Kitchen renewal in Alloa and part Tillicoultry. Clackmannanshire Council plan to replace up to 120 kitchens within the financial year of 2011- 12. Part of this will encompass previous houses where tenants refused a replacement kitchen. This work will be carried out by the council Property Contracts Unit.

Our Kitchen replacement information booklet is available to view or download from this page.

The improvements exceed the Scottish Housing Quality Standard and meet the Clackmannanshire Standards. The work is extensive as all existing units and worktops are renewed. The number of units depend on the size of your house. A survey will be prepared for the layout of the new kitchen.
