Night Biking Module for Trail Cycle Leaders
Those who hold the Trail Cycle Leader award are limited to daylight hours only. In 2006 a new module was introduced to extend the scope of the Trail Cycle Leader to work in conditions outside the "day time only" remit of the award.
Training
This new course lasts for 7 hours (offered over 2 evenings).
Training dates for 2008
- 21st and 28th October: Fee - £60
- Venue: Gartmorn Dam and Devilla
Assessment
The assessment follows successful attendance at a training course and lasts for 3 hours during darkness.
Assessment date for 2009
- 24th February: Fee - £60
- Venue: Devilla
