School Breakfasts
A breakfast service is provided in the Secondary Schools Support Service and in ten primary schools:
- Abercromby Primary School
- Banchory Primary School
- Clackmannan Primary School
- Coalsnaughton Primary School
- Deerpark Primary School
- Park Primary School
- St. Mungo's Primary School
- St. Serf's Primary School
- Sunnyside Primary School
The service is available free of charge to those children registered to free school meals. All other children can have a breakfast for 75p (2011/12 academic session). Generally, the service starts 30 minutes before the start of the normal school day.
The primary school breakfast comprises:
- A choice of three cereals with semi skimmed milk
- Toast or bread with spread and jam
- A glass of fresh, unsweetened apple or orange juice
- Tea or fresh water
