Primary School Lets

Clackmannanshire Council operates a system whereby primary school premises can sometimes be available for use by local groups for activities which benefit the community.

Primary schools cannot be used during school times, on public holidays or during school holidays.

Applications

Community groups, which have a constitution, are properly organised, non-commercial and non-profit making, can apply by completing our application form for Let of Primary School Premises.

Group organisers will be responsible for ensuring that their group is properly supervised and, if appropriate, may require to provide evidence of in-date Police checks. Council staff will compare the requests with availability and respond to the Group.

Lets are only granted when primary schools are not needed by the Council and, on occasion, may be cancelled at short notice.

Charges

Charges are made for the hire of each area/Let.
