Schools' Menu Selector

Welcome to our Primary Schools' Menu Selector for the year 2011/12. The menu has been devised in line with the Health Promotion and Nutrition Scotland Act (2007) which will allow your child to choose a tasty well balanced nutritious meal.

Special Diet

If your child requires a special diet for example gluten free, dairy free etc, please contact the Head Teacher who can inform us and we will put all the procedures in place to ensure that your child is well catered for.

There will always be a vegetarian option available.

Daily Choice

In addition to the two course lunch, the children can freely choose from the bread basket and also have the option of milk, fresh fruit juice and water with their meal.

These choices are included with all meals for just £1.60.

Each lunch is guaranteed to contain a healthy balance of nutrients and is low in fat and salt.

Menu Selector

By using the menu selector, you can see exactly what is on the menu from Tuesday, 22nd August. A Menu Selector is available for you to view or download.

The menu changes every day and runs in a four-week cycle.

You can use the links below to jump to the week/s you want to view.

Parents Evenings

At the request of your school, the Catering Service can attend parents evenings. We will provide displays of school lunches along with a DVD about Class Cuisine and have various food samples for you to try.

Any Questions?

If you have any questions about school meals please contact our Catering Manager, Diane MacKenzie, on 01259 452190.
