Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982
Clackmannanshire Council's Building Standards Team has responsibility for the following sections under the above Act:
- Section 87 Buildings - Repairs
- Section 90 Buildings - Lighting of Common Stairs etc.
- Section 92 Buildings - Cleaning and Painting of Common Stairs etc.
- Section 96 Statues and Monuments
- Section 97 Street Naming and Numbering
There are currently no Notices or Orders made, served, discharged, released or remaining extant or pursuant to Sections 87, 90, 92 or 96 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
