OAC Old Alloa Townscape Heritage Initiative Co-ordinated enhancement and regeneration largely within an enlarged Old Alloa Conservation Area.
Potential projects include:
a) Harbour – formation of public amenity area, works to wall, slipway and upgrading of warehouse
b) Lime Tree Walk – upgrading of historic tree lined walkway and repair of obelisks
c) Ecclesiastical area – works to improve access/walling in cemetery and to St Mungo’s Old Parish Church
d) Kirkgate – repair of Tobias Bauchops House and new infill social housing in Kirkgate
e) Greenside – works to Paton’s Mill Shop and Elim Church
f) Paton’s – upgrading of Candleriggs Lane, formation of boulevard to Alloa Tower and works to listed mill.
