Online Planning Register
In a drive to modernise and enhance the Planning process, as well as make it as open and as transparent as possible, Clackmannanshire Council provides all it's planning related information online through a number of mechanisms. This includes all submitted forms and drawings, any correspondences objections, consultations and decisions that are taken.You can also comment and/or object on current applications via this website.
Text Based Planning Register
Here you can search (via case number, address or postcode, date received, status, applicant name or agent name) our "back office" planning system to view all applications received by the Council since 1985. The results include details on Case Number, Type, Status, Date received, Date valid, Date of decision, Applicant, Applicant address, Location map and Proposal. For applications received after 2000 there is then a link to the UKPlanning website (see below).
Map Based Planning Register
Here you can search using a map (and/or postcode) for applications received since 1985. It will then direct you to the text based Planning Register and display more information.
UKPlanning - Search, View, Comment, and Object on Planning Applications online
This website stores all scanned in forms, drawings, correspondances, objections, cosultations and decisions dated from 2000 onwards and is searchable by street name, application number, date range or postcode. It also allows you to comment and object on current application electroncially.
