This Structure Plan sets out the long-term vision for sustainable development of the Clackmannanshire and Stirling area. Its strategic framework seeks to deliver enhanced access to housing, jobs and local facilities, integration of land use with transport, and a high quality of development; all within the overall context of caring for the environment. The Plan recognises that this can only be achieved by the Councils, key agencies, local communities and the private and voluntary sectors working in partnership.
