The key diagram is shown at the end of the Plan. This is the strategic vision for Clackmannanshire and Stirling. It identifies those areas that need to be protected and enhanced, and those core areas to which growth will be directed. The Key Diagram is a synthesis of Caring For The Environment, Jobs and Homes, and Community Infrastructure, diagrams.
