This Chapter of the Plan seeks to ensure that developments are easily accessible and are supported by the appropriate infrastructure and services. This can best be achieved by the Councils working in partnership with providers, developers and communities. The Chapter sets out policies and proposals covering accessibility, transport, infrastructure, community facilities, sport, recreation and open space.
