Applications are required for "most" types of changes. Separate Application forms for listed Building, Conservation, demolition etc. etc. is required where appripriate.
Application for Consent to Display Advertisements
Applications are required for most temporary and permanent signs. A separate application form is required for each advertisement.
Application for certificate of Lawfulness for a Proposed Use or Development
It is often necessary when purchasing land or a business for the use and or development of the land may continue to operate or be constructed lawfully under the provision of the Planning Legislation and Council’s Development Plan. To ascertain whether an exiting use of a building or land may continue to operate lawfully, or whether a proposed use or development is lawful a Certificate of Lawfulness is required.
Application for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
Buildings which are listed as being of ‘Special Architectural or Historic Interest’ or a building within a conservation area are usually subject to more stringent planning controls.
Protected Trees Application
Trees within Clackmannanshire are normally protected either by a Tree Preservation Order, are within a specific conservation area or are protected by a planning condition.
Farm & Forestry Buildings Notification
Various Planning Controls apply to Farm and Forestry Buildings.
Application for Demolition Consent
Demolition Consent is generally required for the demolition of the whole or part of any building, gate, fence, wall or other means of enclosure.
Supplementary Information Sheet for Developments Involving Industrial/Commercial or Retail Uses
To aid Council Officers in the consideration of Industrial / Commercial or Retail type planning applications additional standard information is required. The submission of this additional information accompany a standard planning application.
