The range of Licences available from Clackmannanshire Council is varied and the timescales for submitting your application can be vital. Failure to disclose relevant information will delay processing your application so please check you have completed all relevant details.

At the moment you can download application forms and guidance notes from this site. Completed forms and the appropriate fee should be returned by post to the address detailed on the form. We are hoping to accept electronic applications in the near future.
You can also seek further information or advice through speaking to the staff in the Licensing Section of Administration and Legal Services by using the contact details below. If you choose to send an enquiry by email you will receive an electronic acknowledgement within 2 working days.
