Licenses - Public Occasions
Under the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, Clackmannanshire Council is responsible for approving applications for public processions and charitable collections.
- Public Charitable Collections
Where individuals or organisations wish to collect on the streets or door to door for a registered charity. - Public Procession
Where members of the public wish to have a procession through Clackmannanshire.
