Licence - Public Procession
If you are applying, registering or giving notification for this particular licence then you can arrange for the Licensing Administrator to send you the application/registration form you require or for you to collect forms at the Council's main office at Kilncraigs. You can also download a PDF of the form on the Licensing Application Forms page and lodge the completed form with the appropriate fee and necessary supporting documents with the Licensing Administrator by post or by calling at Kilncraigs.
Every public procession in Clackmannanshire will require the approval of Clackmannanshire Council and Central Scotland Police. If a procession is to be held in the areas of more than one Council, an application must be made to each of the authorities concerned.
A copy of the application form must also be sent to Central Scotland Police, 6 Mar Place, Alloa, FK10 1AA.
The application form must be received by the Council at least 7 working days prior to the event.
