Clackmannanshire Licensing Board - Statement of Principles - Gambling Act 2005
The Gambling Act 2005 was brought fully into force on 1st September, 2007. Clackmannanshire Licensing Board is the licensing authority for Clackmannanshire. It will issue gambling premises licences, gaming machine permits and will register small societies holding lotteries.
Statement of Principles
Every Licensing Board is required to publish a Statement of Principles explaining how they will exercise their functions under the Act during the 3 year period to which the policy applies. Clackmannanshire Licensing Board's first Statement of Principles has been published and will remain in force until 30 January 2010.
Notice of Intention to Publish a Statement of Licensing Principles
Clackmannanshire Licensing Board, the licensing authority for Clackmannanshire for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005 (the "2005 Act"), hereby give notice of its intention to publish its statement of licensing principles for the period 2010 to 2013 in accordance with section 349 of the 2005 Act.
- shall be published on 31 January 2010,
- shall come into effect on 31 January 2010,
- shall be published and available to view or download from this website: Statement of Principles,
- shall be published and available for inspection at Clackmannanshire Council's principal office at Greenfield, Tullibody Road, Alloa, FK10 2AD.
