ABC Benchmarking Partnership 4th Annual Report 2004

The ABC Benchmarking Partnership was established in 1997 to support service improvement by sharing and comparing data and best practice between a "family group" of local authorities. The 4th annual report of the partnership contains presents the results of a comprehensive survey of Scottish local government managers’ first hand experiences of benchmarking.
