Building Warrant Fee Scale
Below is a list of the fee scales applicable under the Building (Scotland) Act 2003. These scales show fees applicable for Building Warrants, Amendment to Building Warrants, Demolition Warrants, Conversion Warrants, Extensions to Building Warrants, Completion Certificates where no Building Warrant has been granted. Also included are details of discounts and refunds.
You can now pay any Building Standard fees online via the Council's Online Payments web page or by ringing 01259 450 000 with your credit card details.
Electronic Submissions
When submitting a building warrant electronically, please read the fee scale attached and take into account any penalties incurred or discounts available. Failure to do so will result in the application being invalid due to the incorrect fee being submitted.
