Conservatories and Sun Rooms
Linked below is a document which provides guidance on how to meet the building regulations for simple conservatories.
Also linked is a letter which has been sent to all Scottish Councils by the Scottish Building Standards Agency (SBSA) the aim of which is to help clarify interpretational issues surrounding extensions and stand-alone buildings, when viewed in the context of ‘sunrooms’.
