Clackmannanshire Council has in place a byelaw governing the employment of children in Clackmannanshire. The NHS has a vital role to play in identifying Carers, offering them information and referring them on to sources of advice and support. It also has an important role to play in ensuring that Carers own health needs are proactively addressed.
